Membership in Odesa Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry is open to legal entities established and operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, citizens of Ukraine registered as entrepreneurs, and their associations.
The Chamber membership in is voluntary.
THE CHAMBER MEMBERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
participate with a decisive vote in the work of the General Meeting of ORCCI or elect delegates to the ORCCI Congress in accordance with the procedure established by the ORCCI Council;
elect and be elected to the governing bodies of ORCCI and the CCI of Ukraine;
submit proposals on issues within the scope of their activities to the General Meeting of ORCCI, Presidium and ORCCI Council;
receive all the necessary assistance from the Chamber and the CCI of Ukraine in resolving issues within the scope of their activities;
use the services of the Chamber and the CCI of Ukraine on a priority basis and favourable terms determined by their governing bodies.
THE CHAMBER MEMBERS ARE OBLIGED TO:
actively contribute to the fulfilment of the Chamber's objectives and functions;
pay entrance and membership fees to the Chamber;
carry out their activities on the principles of respect for the partner, good faith, without resorting to incompatible competition.
THE CHAMBER MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION:
a Chamber member may terminate its membership in the Chamber and simultaneously in the CCI of Ukraine by submitting a written application;
a Chamber member who has not paid the membership fee during the year is considered to have terminated their membership in the Chamber and in the CCI of Ukraine;
the decision to expel the Chamber member is taken by the governing body of ORCCI, which admitted them to the Chamber.
