GRANT APPLICATIONS PREPARATION
The implementation of grant support for entrepreneurs in the Odesa region began in 2018 in the Grant Applications Department, which is part of the Business Development Promotion Department at the Odesa Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Over the previous years of its existence, the department has implemented many different project programmes adapted from international and national funds for small and medium-sized businesses and start-up entrepreneurs to improve professional, innovative, competitive skills to overcome further negative steps and advance their own business, establish business processes, and overcome risks.
The main activities of the relevant department are focused on:
- providing information and advisory support to the members of the ORCCI;
- advising SMEs in the Odesa region on effective competitive support programmes;
- data search, accumulation and systematisatio, formation of a database of information resources on current international programmes;
- cooperation with coordinators of international and domestic projects operating in Ukraine;
- organising and conducting training sessions, seminars, conferences and round tables.
