Applications for force majeure certification:
1) Application for certification of force majeure for business entities/individuals under contractual obligations (Annex 1 to the Regulations);
2) Application for certification of force majeure circumstances (circumstances of insuperable force) for business entities/individuals under tax liabilities (obligations) (Annex No. 2 to the Regulation);
3) Application for certification of force majeure (force majeure circumstances) for business entities/individuals for tax liabilities (obligations) to write off bad tax debt (Annex No. 3 to the Regulation);
4) Application for certification of force majeure circumstances (force majeure circumstances) that made it impossible for business entities/individuals to fulfil their obligations under the legislative and other regulatory acts of Ukraine (Annex No. 4 to the Regulations).
5) Power of attorney.
CERTIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS RELATED TO FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY (COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS).
To certify commercial documents, the Applicant shall apply to the CCI with a completed application in the prescribed form and the necessary documents:
1) Application for certification of documents related to foreign economic activity (commercial documents).
2) A power of attorney for the Applicant's representative applying for the certification of documents related to foreign economic activity (commercial documents).
