HOW TO BECOME AN ORCCI MEMBER
To become an ORCCI member, simultaneously becoming a member of the UCCI, one should apply to ORCCI, provide the necessary documents and pay the entrance and membership fees.
The Chamber Membership is open to legal entities established and operating in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, citizens of Ukraine registered as entrepreneurs, and associations of entrepreneurs.
Admission to the Chamber membership is carried out by the governing bodies of ORCCI with subsequent notification to the CCI of Ukraine.

All documents must be certified by the company's seal (if any)
Entrance fee: 1000 UAH.
Annual membership fee:
for small businesses engaged in production activities or services - UAH 1000;
for associations, consortia, unions, leagues and other unions of entrepreneurs - UAH 8000;
for medium and large enterprises engaged in production activities or providing services - UAH 3500;
for budgetary institutions, as well as non-self-supporting enterprises and institutions - UAH 1000.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
- Participation in business events organised by the CCI of Ukraine.
- Receiving commercial offers from foreign companies.
- Obtaining letters of recommendation confirming membership in the Chamber for submission to embassies and business partners abroad.
- Receiving electronic and printed publications of the CCI of Ukraine and regional CCIs.
- Representation of business interests in 25 regions of Ukraine and abroad.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Membership in Odesa Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry is open to legal entities established and operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, citizens of Ukraine registered as entrepreneurs, and their associations.
The Chamber membership in is voluntary.
THE CHAMBER MEMBERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
participate with a decisive vote in the work of the General Meeting of ORCCI or elect delegates to the ORCCI Congress in accordance with the procedure established by the ORCCI Council;
elect and be elected to the governing bodies of ORCCI and the CCI of Ukraine;
submit proposals on issues within the scope of their activities to the General Meeting of ORCCI, Presidium and ORCCI Council;
receive all the necessary assistance from the Chamber and the CCI of Ukraine in resolving issues within the scope of their activities;
use the services of the Chamber and the CCI of Ukraine on a priority basis and favourable terms determined by their governing bodies.
THE CHAMBER MEMBERS ARE OBLIGED TO:
actively contribute to the fulfilment of the Chamber's objectives and functions;
pay entrance and membership fees to the Chamber;
carry out their activities on the principles of respect for the partner, good faith, without resorting to incompatible competition.
THE CHAMBER MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION:
a Chamber member may terminate its membership in the Chamber and simultaneously in the CCI of Ukraine by submitting a written application;
a Chamber member who has not paid the membership fee during the year is considered to have terminated their membership in the Chamber and in the CCI of Ukraine;
the decision to expel the Chamber member is taken by the governing body of ORCCI, which admitted them to the Chamber.
