The President of ORCCI Tryfon Antov and the Acting Head of Odesa Regional Bar Association Olena Jaburia signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at protecting business interests and providing legal support for its activities.
The document envisages a long-term partnership between the organisations, namely:
- legal support in the field of foreign economic activity;
- consultations on contractual relations and international arbitration;
- joint educational events and trainings for business;
- cooperation in the field of entrepreneurs' rights protection at the international level.
The President of ORCCI noted that this cooperation would be an important step in creating a favourable legal environment for business.
Following the meeting, the parties planned to hold a roundtable discussion for the ORCCI members and the Bar Council to discuss current legal issues and find effective solutions.
